Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your credentials. Workspace owners and admins control member access and are responsible for the content their members upload and send.

You keep all rights to the documents, form data, and signatures you upload or collect. You grant Signum a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your document content to train general-purpose AI models.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content and to collect the information your forms request, including any consents required from recipients.

Signum supports electronic signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. Signers are shown the document, consent to sign electronically, and their signature is recorded with a timestamp, identifying email address, and technical metadata forming an audit trail. You are responsible for confirming that electronic signature is legally appropriate for your particular document and jurisdiction. Certain documents — including some wills, family-law filings, and court orders — may require a handwritten signature or notarization.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing content.
• No sending documents to recipients who have not agreed to receive them, and no bulk unsolicited email.
• No attempts to breach, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service or its security controls.
• No uploading of malware or of content you are not authorized to distribute.
• No use of the service to impersonate another person or forge a signature.

We may suspend a workspace that violates these rules, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary to protect the service or other customers.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits — such as monthly responses, seats, or storage — are described on the pricing page and may be enforced in the product. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Where you use payment collection at signing, funds settle directly to your own connected payment account and Signum is not a party to that transaction.

We work to keep Signum available and continuously improved, but the service is provided without an uptime commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Support is available at support@admysterium.com.

You may cancel at any time from workspace settings. Before you cancel, export the documents and responses you need — after termination, content is deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate an account for material breach or non-payment.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Signum disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Signum does not provide legal advice, and nothing produced by the service is a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Each party's total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You will defend and indemnify Signum against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or the rights of others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date; continued use after the change means you accept it. Questions go to legal@admysterium.com.
